This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between NYZ Fighters ("Consignee") and the individual submitting items for sale ("Consignor"). By signing below, the Consignor agrees to these terms:

1. Services Provided
NYZ Fighters will list, sell, and ship graded TCG (Trading Card Game) items on behalf of the Consignor through eBay auctions or fixed-price listings.

2. Consignment Fees
The consignment fee includes all eBay and processing fees. Payouts are calculated as a percentage of the final sale price:
- $3,000+: 10% fee (Payout: 90%)
- $1,000–$2,999: 15% fee (Payout: 85%)
- $100–$999: 20% fee (Payout: 80%)
- Under $100: 20% fee, minus $5 handling fee (Payout: 80% minus $5)
Note: Fixed-price listings may be subject to an additional $5 fee if withdrawn by the Consignor.

3. Shipping Costs
- To NYZ Fighters: The Consignor is responsible for securely packaging and shipping items to NYZ Fighters.
- Return Shipping (if applicable):
    - Charged at cost + $5 handling fee.
    - Items withdrawn before sale will incur the consignment fee plus return shipping costs.

4. Payment Terms
Payments are issued every Monday following the close of auctions or sale confirmation for fixed-price items.
Payment Methods: ACH, Wire Transfer, Zelle (up to daily limits), PayPal, Wise Transfer, or Check.

5. Submission Guidelines
- Packaging: Items must be securely packaged with a slip including the Consignor’s name, email address, and desired listing price (for fixed-price submissions).
- Deadlines:
    - Auction items must arrive by Sunday night for listing in the upcoming auction block.
    - Fixed-price items may be listed earlier during the week.

6. Item Conditions and Exclusions
NYZ Fighters reserves the right to reject items that:
- Are "Altered," "Inked," or "Trading Card" labeled by PSA.
- Are autographed or lack certification numbers.
- Are graded by lesser-known companies deemed unreliable.
- Are damaged or illegitimate.
Note: Damaged slabs will be listed with “CRACKED” or “DAMAGED SLAB” in the title.

7. Shill Bidding Policy
The Consignor agrees not to bid on their own items or arrange shill bidding, as this violates eBay’s Terms of Service. Violators will:
- Be charged the full consignment fee.
- Be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
- Be permanently banned from using NYZ Fighters’ services.

8. Withdrawal of Items
- Items may be withdrawn at any time before sale but will incur the consignment fee and return shipping costs.
- Fixed-price items withdrawn will also incur a 5% withdrawal fee (minimum $5 per item).

9. Liability
NYZ Fighters is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping to our location. Items damaged in transit will be listed as damaged.

10. Agreement Terms
By signing below, the Consignor agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
