This Legal Notice applies to NYZ Fighters, NYZ Fighter LLC, nyzfighters.com, and any official NYZ Fighters online store, sales channel, promotion, product listing, or customer transaction.

NYZ Fighters does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before placing an order, including product title, quantity, price, shipping address, preorder status, product condition, product description, and any promotion or discount terms.
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
This includes regular orders, preorder orders, sale items, promotional items, discount-code purchases, limited-quantity items, special releases, trading card products, collectibles, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, gift cards, and special-order items.
Once an order is submitted, it may begin processing immediately and cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, or reversed.
Preorders
All preorder sales are final.
Preorder release dates, shipment dates, and arrival dates are estimates only. Manufacturer, distributor, supplier, allocation, carrier, customs, and inventory delays may happen and are outside of our control.
By placing a preorder, the customer understands and accepts that delays may occur. Preorders cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned due to delays, market price changes, changed plans, or no longer wanting the item, except where required by applicable law.
If a preorder product becomes completely unavailable and NYZ Fighters is unable to fulfill the affected item, we will contact the customer regarding that affected item.
Shipping Damage
NYZ Fighters is not responsible for damage caused during shipping, carrier handling, weather, transit delays, package crushing, rough handling, misdelivery, theft after delivery, or any issue outside of our control once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their package upon delivery.

Submitting a claim, photo, or message does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, return, or store credit.
When applicable, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Manufacturer Defects
NYZ Fighters is not responsible for manufacturer defects, factory errors, print defects, packaging defects, missing manufacturer contents, damaged cards inside sealed products, pull rates, card centering, card condition inside sealed packaging, factory quality-control issues, or manufacturer-caused defects.
Sealed trading card products and collectibles are produced, packed, sealed, and distributed by the manufacturer or supplier. NYZ Fighters does not control factory contents, pull rates, card condition, packaging quality, or manufacturer quality control.
Any manufacturer defect issue must include clear proof and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting proof does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, return, or store credit.

For fraud prevention and customer protection, NYZ Fighters reserves the right to deny missing item claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, inconsistent with order records, inconsistent with fulfillment records, inconsistent with package weight, or not supported by sufficient evidence.

Incorrect item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically approved.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
NYZ Fighters is not responsible for incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, missed deliveries, returned packages, carrier delays, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal, or customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping fees may be required to reship the order.
Product Information
NYZ Fighters makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability, preorder information, and product details.
However, errors may occur.
NYZ Fighters reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, remove products, update availability, cancel or refuse orders affected by listing errors, correct pricing mistakes, or change product details at any time.
Product images may be stock images, manufacturer images, mockups, sample images, or reference images. Final product packaging, artwork, contents, ratios, card lists, release dates, and product details may vary.
Inventory and Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Limited-quantity products, preorder products, special releases, promotional items, and discounted products may sell out at any time.
Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment if inventory becomes unavailable, supplier allocation changes, distributor fulfillment fails, inventory counts are incorrect, or an error occurs.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, NYZ Fighters will contact the customer regarding the affected item.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, special offers, preorder offers, and limited-time deals are subject to their stated terms.
NYZ Fighters reserves the right to modify, deny, end, or cancel any promotion, discount code, or special offer at any time.
Discount codes may have restrictions, including customer eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, account requirements, usage limits, preorder restrictions, product restrictions, and non-combinable offer rules.
Using a discount code does not guarantee order approval or product availability.
Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
NYZ Fighters reserves the right to investigate suspicious, false, incomplete, abusive, or unverifiable claims.
We may use order records, fulfillment records, shipping records, package weight, tracking information, payment information, customer communication, and submitted evidence when reviewing claims.
False claims, fraudulent disputes, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity may result in denied claims, cancelled future orders, account restrictions, or refusal of future service.
Third-Party Brands and Trademarks
All third-party brand names, logos, product names, card game names, characters, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
NYZ Fighters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any manufacturer, publisher, licensor, grading company, platform, or brand unless clearly stated.
Products are sold as collectibles, trading card products, accessories, or related merchandise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYZ Fighters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages connected to website use, product delays, carrier delays, manufacturer defects, product availability, preorder delays, market price changes, or customer ordering errors.
Customers are responsible for making informed purchasing decisions before placing an order.
