Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales made through NYZ Fighters are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checking out, including product title, quantity, price, shipping address, preorder status, and product details.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.

This includes regular orders, preorder orders, sale items, promotional items, limited-quantity items, special-release products, and trading card products.

Once your order is submitted, it begins processing and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Items cannot be returned because of buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, duplicate orders, changed plans, preorder delays, market price changes, or no longer wanting the product.

Preorders

All preorder sales are final.

Preorder release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or shipping delays.

By placing a preorder, you understand that the product may arrive later than the estimated release date. Preorders cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned due to delays unless required by law.

If a preorder item becomes completely unavailable and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you regarding the affected item.

Shipping Damage

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for damage caused during shipping, carrier handling, weather, transit delays, misdelivery, theft after delivery, or other issues outside of our control once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their package upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately at:

Damage claims must include clear proof, including:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outside shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the packing materials

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos showing the condition of the package as it arrived

Shipping damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

When applicable, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Manufacturer Defects

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for manufacturer defects, factory errors, print defects, packaging defects, missing manufacturer contents, damaged cards inside sealed products, or quality-control issues from the manufacturer.

Sealed trading card products, collectibles, and manufacturer-packaged items are produced and packed by the manufacturer. We do not control factory condition, pull rates, card condition inside sealed products, or manufacturer packaging quality.

Any manufacturer defect issue must include clear proof and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting proof does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Missing Item Claims

Missing item claims require clear and verifiable proof.

To report a missing item, contact us immediately at:

Missing item claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of all items received

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of all packing materials

  • A clear explanation of what item is claimed to be missing

  • Any unboxing video, if available

For protection against false or unverifiable claims, NYZ Fighters reserves the right to deny missing item claims that do not include sufficient proof.

Missing item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically approved.

Incorrect Item Claims

If you believe you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

You must include your order number and clear photos of the item received, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Incorrect item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient proof.

Shipping Issues

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, missed deliveries, stolen packages, lost packages marked as delivered, or packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or customer refusal, additional shipping fees may be required to reship the order.

Sale, Promotional, and Limited-Quantity Items

All sale items, promotional items, discount-code purchases, preorder products, limited-quantity products, special releases, trading card products, collectibles, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, and gift cards are final sale.

These items cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.

Fraud Prevention

NYZ Fighters reserves the right to deny claims that appear false, incomplete, suspicious, unverifiable, or inconsistent with order records, package weight, fulfillment records, tracking details, or provided evidence.

We may require additional information before reviewing any claim.
