Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through NYZ Fighters, NYZ Fighter LLC, nyzfighters.com, and any official NYZ Fighters online sales channel.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the shipping terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, preorder status, promotional events, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Placing an order does not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be reshipped.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another available shipping carrier.

The shipping method shown at checkout is based on available carrier options and estimated shipping services.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by NYZ Fighters.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, tracking information may be provided by email or through the customer’s order page.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier. NYZ Fighters is not responsible for carrier scan delays, tracking delays, incorrect tracking updates, or delayed movement after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Carrier Delays

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, high package volume, customs, transportation issues, address issues, delivery restrictions, or any situation outside of our control.

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Shipping Damage

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for damage caused during shipping, carrier handling, rough handling, package crushing, weather exposure, transit delays, misdelivery, or any other shipping-related issue once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their package immediately upon delivery.

Shipping damage reports must include clear proof, including:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outside shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of all packing materials

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos showing the condition of the package as it arrived

Submitting photos or a damage report does not guarantee a refund, replacement, return, exchange, or store credit.

When applicable, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier, local post office, building office, mailroom, neighbors, or delivery location to investigate.

NYZ Fighters does not guarantee refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Missing Item Claims

Missing item claims require clear and verifiable proof.

To report a missing item, contact us immediately at:

Missing item claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of all items received

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of all packing materials

  • A clear explanation of what item is claimed to be missing

  • An unboxing video, if available

For fraud prevention and customer protection, NYZ Fighters reserves the right to deny missing item claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, inconsistent with order records, inconsistent with fulfillment records, inconsistent with package weight, or not supported by sufficient evidence.

Missing item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically approved.

Preorder Shipping

Preorder release dates, shipment dates, and arrival dates are estimates only.

Manufacturer, distributor, supplier, allocation, inventory, customs, and carrier delays may happen and are outside of our control.

Orders containing preorder items may not ship until the preorder item arrives and is ready for fulfillment.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together when all items are available unless otherwise stated or arranged.

All preorder sales are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned due to delays, market price changes, changed plans, or no longer wanting the item, except where required by law.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, or other charges required by their country.

NYZ Fighters is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, refused packages, or fees charged by customs or international carriers.

International shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Final Sale Notice

All sales are final.

Shipping delays, carrier damage, package delays, preorder delays, manufacturer defects, customer address errors, buyer’s remorse, market price changes, or delivered package issues do not qualify an order for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, except where required by law.
