Elevate your TCG customization with the NYZ Fighters Precision Jig System. Specifically made for the EUFMAKE E1 Standard Bed, these jigs provide a stable, repeatable layout for high-quality UV printing on standard-sized trading cards. 

📦 What’s Included

This set includes four versatile jig configurations to match your project scale:

• 5-Card Jig: 5 x 1 Layout
• 10-Card Jig: 5 x 2 Layout
• 15-Card Jig: 5 x 3 Layout (Requires Large 3D Printer Bed)
• 20-Card Jig: 5 x 4 Layout (Requires Very Large 3D Printer Bed)

🛠 Technical Print Settings

For the best fit and cleanest results, follow these preparation steps:

• Supports: Required (ON).
• Scaling: Depending on your printer’s calibration, you may need to scale up by 0.50% to ensure a perfect fit.
• Caution: Ensure your printer is well-calibrated; uncalibrated prints may cause cards to snag or "ding" during insertion.

📐 Software Setup & Alignment

1. Template: Use the included 5 CARD JIG 5X1.empf file to layout your artwork. (Double click on the file and eufy program should open a new project)
2. Alignment: Do not move the red outlines. These are your hard-coded alignment guides for the physical card slots.
3. Sizing: Standard TCG cards are 63mm x 88mm. For the best results, set your artwork with a 1-1.5mm over-bleed(64mm x 89mm).
4. Zero Point: Every printer is unique. Please calibrate your Zero Point to your specific machine before starting a full run.
5. Replace Stock Images: Right click my preset images, and replace them. your image should be auto fit for the sizing

💡 Pro-Tips for Success

• Stay Flat: Use a small piece of tape or adhesive on the back of the cards to secure them to the mat. This prevents bowing or lifting caused by UV heat.
• Test First: Always run a single-card test to verify alignment before utilizing the larger 10, 15 or 20-card jigs.
